The service
Permit Central sends you a daily digest of new building permits, tagged for the trades and ZIP codes you choose. Permit data comes from public City of Dallas records and may contain errors or omissions. Permit Central is an independent service and is not affiliated with the City of Dallas.
Subscription
Permit Central is $99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can preview 3 sample permits free; subscribe to unlock the full dashboard and daily email. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal (linked from your receipt email) or your settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No refunds are issued for partial months.
No guarantee of leads
We deliver permits as the city publishes them. We do not guarantee any permit will turn into a job, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying city data.
